At a Call 'tooting of the Board of Couhdosionora held in the
Conmissionersl Chambor in the City Hall Building in the City or Paducah,
Bentgcky at 10 A.M., on June lot, 1928, "Savor Lackey proclded and upon call of

the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshawi, Hannin,
Nelson, Rutter and :'ayor LackG7-, (5).
Payor Lackey stated reason for call, to -:fit.; For the purpose of
receiving some reports on -gravel street contracts, and such other business as
may come before the Board.
Cowmnissionor Rutter offered motion that ^rank Block be alloyed the
Frank Block
Duel -assessed
amount of ,?270.21 on Improvement Bill No:1083, and the smount of 0270.21 on
Improvement Bill lloY1085, for new gravel street assescment on 11th Street
bet:veen North Street to Greer Street, on account of over-assocsment, and that
this amount be paid by the City to Fraser & Cocke, the Contractors on their
Contract No.l, the balance of the assessment having been paid in cash, Adopted
on the call of the roll: Yeas; Co:mnissioners Bradcha::•, Un renin, Nelson, Rutter
and !layor Lackey, (5).
Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move that the
Fraser & Cocke
report on the Fraser & Cocke Contract no.l be accepted and the Commissioner of
Contract l!o.l
accepted
Public Finance be authorized to make fin,:l settlement upon sale of the Improvement
Bonds to be issued thereon on the 10 year payment plan.
And that the ?Mayor and Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized
to have printed, executed and sold;^,uch Improvement Bonds to the amount of
010951.89 in accordance '•'ith the provisions of Section 3101 of Kentucky Stritutes
