vided for in their contract with the City of Paducah, be received, filed and
accepted. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin,

Inspection and report of the Sewor work in sewer zone "B", as done by the
:dcllelvey Construction Company, be accepted and that the Engineerls estimate and
report of same be ratified and confirmed. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Nelson, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).

CmImiasioner Rutter offered motion that the report of the J.H.Rouno
"cruse Contract 30.7 be accepted and that the Comnissionor of Public Finance be
authorized to effect final settlement upon sale of the Improvement Bonds covering
10 year aRroc;aents. Also that the '.Iayor and Commissioner of Public Finance
be authorized to have printed, executed and sell Improvoment Bonds in the
amount of }5,572.19, .Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
