Thornhill- Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: C-.N.Thornhill deed to lot in Oak Grove having noolied for deed to Lot No.54 in Section 5B in Oak Grove Cemetery in th0 City of Paducah, Kentucky, I now move that said decd be issued t o the snid ".11. Thornhill to said Lot No.54 in said Section 5B in the said Onk Grow Cemetery in tbo'City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of S40.00. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the Commisssloner of Refunding Bonds interest coupons Public Finance be authorized to pay interest coupons for 6 months on the N.O. & O.R. R.R.Refunding Bonds, $283000.00 (41%) $630.00 Collection charge 2.00 Ii Total 11 To be remitted to the Central Hanover Bank & Trust Company, New York, N.Y. in time to meet maturities on January 1, 1932. No. __= Proceedings of__ BOARD OF COMMI8SIONFR:_ _ City of PaducahiKTTTNChhY l:F'CF91BrR 28�_ 1931_ __._ .ending Cornissioner Rutter offered the following motion: The Clerk of the Court of Bonds - Court of Appeals, Frankfort, Sent,:cky, having rendered a stntoment of charges against the City Appeals fcesof Paducah, incurred. 1n testing the validity of the city's recent •,r>350,000.00 bond incuo, which onounts to ;;26.60, I move same be allowed and the Commissionor of Public Finance be authorized to issue a check to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals for ;'16.60 court costs, and also a check to Palmer James for $10.00 attorney fee, in settlement thereof, and that snme be charged to Costs and Suits. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Park Bd. Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: The Park Board having claims approved for allowance and payment the following claims: ' Bradley Brothers $ 4.00 Gulf Refining Company 4.76 Indian Refining Company 3.60 Blanche C. Heiler 50.75 Michael Hardware Company 5.92 Total _707015- I move same be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to issue checks in settlement thereof and charge to the proper department. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the report of the Paducah Water Work: Paducah hater for the month of December, 1931 be received and filed; and that the o•ount of said 2k s. report bill, $3,790.831 be allowed and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized h Claim to draw check in payment thereof. Board of Commissioner Rutter offered motion that C.C.Pace, L.R.Bnrnes and A.E.Cole, Equal- ization:'who are housekeepers and owners of real estate and have all been residents of the City of Paducah for more than five years last past, be appointed to constitute the :;cord of Enualization of the City of Paducah for the year 1932, and that said members of said Board be each paid the sum of $5.00 per day for his services.
