Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: The Park Board having claims approved for allowance and payment the following claims: ' Bradley Brothers $ 4.00 Gulf Refining Company 4.76 Indian Refining Company 3.60 Blanche C. Heiler 50.75 Michael Hardware Company 5.92 Total _707015- I move same be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to issue checks in settlement thereof and charge to the proper department. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the report of the Paducah Water Work: Paducah hater for the month of December, 1931 be received and filed; and that the o•ount of said 2k s. report bill, $3,790.831 be allowed and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized h Claim to draw check in payment thereof. Board of Commissioner Rutter offered motion that C.C.Pace, L.R.Bnrnes and A.E.Cole, Equal- ization:'who are housekeepers and owners of real estate and have all been residents of the City of Paducah for more than five years last past, be appointed to constitute the :;cord of Enualization of the City of Paducah for the year 1932, and that said members of said Board be each paid the sum of $5.00 per day for his services.
