BOARD OF CO!'MI_"IONF RS _ City of Paducaho December 21. 1931. _ At a regular me<t•ing of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 21st day of December, 1931, E°nyor Lnckey presided and upon enll of the roll the following ans:aered to their naves: Commissioners Fannin, Rutter and A.ayor Lackey, (3). Brady M. Stewart Commissioner Rutter offered motion thot the commission of commission 10% due Brady M. Stewart, back tax collretor, on Special Improvement Tax collections for the month or November, 1931, amounting to e,93.71, be allowed and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to the proper fund. Charles NmClanaban„„° Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: deed to lot'in OWk Greve Charles McClanahan having spplied for deed to a six (6) grnve lot on "Neil street in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, I non move thnt said deed be issued to the said Charles McClanahnn to the said six grave lot on Weil street in the said Oak Grnve Cemetery in said City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finnnce the sum of $90.00. John Hessian's Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: As salary for first half of Dec.1931 patrolman John Hessian's name, through oversight, was omitted from the regular police payroll allowed on December 18, 1931, for the first half of December, 1931 salaries, I move that same be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to the proper fund. I.C.Railroad Co., Commissioner Rutter offered motion that claims of the freight claim Illinois Central Railroad Comnany for freight charges on two cars of crushed stone, amounting to $74.48, be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance instructed to pay same and charge to the Street Fund in the Department of Public Works.
