King, etc, n J At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Ball Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2;00 o'clock P.M. on the 19th day of December, 1931, Mayor Lackey prodded and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bra,'shaw, Bannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lnckey, (5). 74inutos of the previous meetings -acre adopted as read. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the charity reyiisitions issued by the Family Service nureau on Lackey's Cash Grocery for the months of October and November, 1931 foll total amount of y479.36; same having been approved for allowance and payment by Mrs. 011ero Anderson end Commissioner of Public Safety, Jack 1.7. Nelson, be allowed and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to the Contingent Fund. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that copy of the judgment against the City of Paducah in the case of Southern Roads Company vs. Fain W. King, etc be received and filed; and it appearing that the amount of said judgment is as follows: Principal ;933.59; interest 8126.03; penalty $93.35, amounting in all to $1152.97, and that said judgment was obtained by a compromise I further mote that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to issue check in payment thereof and that same be charged to New. Construction. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Rennin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). McCracken Co.Pub., Mayor Lackey offered motion that the report of the Health League November,131 rpt. McCracken County Public health League for the month of November, 1931 be received and filed.
