At a call meeting of the Board of Commissionors held in the Commissioners'
Chanber in the City Hall building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 10:00 o'clock

. A.M. on the 3rd day of December, 1951, Mayor Lackey prosided and upon call of the
roll the followin, ancaerod to their names: Commissioners Rannin, Nolscn, Rutter
and Vlw yor Lackcy, (4).
14^yor Lackey seated reason for call, to -wit: For the Durpose of allowing
expenses to send City Solicitor to Frankfort on city businesa, and such other
l:usiness as may come before the Board.
City Mayor Lackey offered the following motion: It being advisable and
olicitor
to crank- necessary to send the City Solicitor to Frankfort, Kentucky to attend to certain
fort i
matters in the Court of Apneals of Kentucky, and that the estimated expense of said
trip and filing fees amount to Thirt;:-seven and 50/100 (',37.50) Dollars, I move that
the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized and instructed to issue check to
7% V.Faton, City Solicitor, for ',37.50 and charge same to Printing, Postace and
Suaplies. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter
and Mayor Lackey, (a).
On motion meeting adjourned.
