Minutes of the previous meetings wero adonted as read, Int, Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Finance coupons on St.L.be authorized to pay the interest coupons for six months due December 1, 1931 on the Cl.icago �, & Pad. $70,000.00 Chicago, St. Louis & Paducah R.R.bonds (5N) $1750.00 F.F., and a of 1% bank collections charge 4.38 Bonds Total __M5=_36_ and remit the amount to the National City Bank of New York on or before December 1,19311 Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Lackey, (4). Gen.hfg., Commissioner flutter offered motion that the General Manufacturing Company, payment St. Louis, be allowed the amount of $2,183.00 to meet the fourth payment and interest on pump- er due 1+ecember 1, 1931 on pumper purchased for the Fire Department, and that the I Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same when due and charge to the 1 I Contingent Fund.. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshs:•:, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Brady H. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the commission of 10% due Brady M. .,to . ­rt cosi. Stewart, back tax collector, on Special Improvement Tax collections for the month of October, 1931, amounting to $102.90, be allowed and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pm some and charge to the proper fund. Adopted on call of 1 the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, (tannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Mayor Lackey offered the following motion: An ordinance entitled, "AN AUTNORIZIIIG THE ISSUANCE AND SALE Or FUNDING BONDS OF THY CITY OF PAL'UCAH, K_?:.
