Int, Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Finance
coupons
on St.L.be authorized to pay the interest coupons for six months due December 1, 1931 on the

& Pad. $70,000.00 Chicago, St. Louis & Paducah R.R.bonds (5N) $1750.00
F.F., and a of 1% bank collections charge 4.38

and remit the amount to the National City Bank of New York on or before December 1,19311

Gen.hfg., Commissioner flutter offered motion that the General Manufacturing Company,
payment St. Louis, be allowed the amount of $2,183.00 to meet the fourth payment and interest

Finance be authorized to pm some and charge to the proper fund. Adopted on call of 1
