At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 19th clay of November, 1931, Mayor
Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
tdayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
allowing semi-monthly payrolls, and such other business as may come before
j; the Bon rd.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for V first
half of November, 1931 be allowed in the amount of $10,015.15 and the
Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay sane. Adopted on call of the
roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claim of the Illinois
Central Railroad Company for freight charges on a car of sewer pipe for amount
of $52.75; same having been duly approved for allowance and payment, be allowed
and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay some and charge to the
Street Department in the Department of Public Z/orks. Adopted on call of the
roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
