At a call meeting of the ward of Commissioners hold in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M., on the 4th dny of 11ovembcr, 1931, Mnyor
Lackey presided and upon call. of the roll the followinZ nns-acred to their
ncmes: Commissioners Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3).
Mayor Lackey stnted reason for cdl, to -wit: For the o,:rpoac
of allowing monthly payrulls, and such other business an may come before
the Board.
Payrolls -last half, Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the nayrolls for the
October, 1931
last half of October, 1931 be allowed in the amount of ^11,566.07, and the
Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to nay same. ^dopted on call of
the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3).
On motion meeting adjourned.
