At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissionor.
Chamber in the City Nall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2;00 o'cloel
P.M., on the 29th day of October, 1931, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of thi
roll the follaning answered to their names: Commissioners Rannin, Nelbon, Ruttor
and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey offered reason for call, to -wit: For the purposo 'bf receiving
report of audit of City by Cotton & Eskew, certified public accountants, end such
other business as may come before the -Board.
City audit Mayor -Lackey offered the following'motion: Cotton & L•skew, certified
& report
received public accountants, having presented a copy of the completed audit and report of the
City of Paducah for the years 1928, 1929, 1930, and until and including August 31st.,
1931, and not having -tendered tho other four copies of said report, and the Board
of Commissioners not having had time to examine said report, I move that said report
be received by the Board of Commissioners but that action thereon be deferred until
the next regular meeting of said Board of Commissioners and until the four other
copies of said report have been presented, and until further ordered by the Board of
Commissioners. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
