Minutos of the previous meetings were adopted as read.. Paducah Commissioner Bradshaw offered the following motion: The owners of property Pia ter 'Eks. extend along 7th street, 400' west from Terrell street, in tie City of Paducah, in all .:sins along 7th st.4o0' respects as provided by Sec•ion 5 of the franchise ordinance creating the franchise west from Terrell at, of the Paducah Hater Works Comnany in Paducah, Kentucky, and having in all respects agreed in writing to take, use and pay for water at the fixed rate for a term of not less than two years, commencing within thirty days after such ripe and main is complated and connections made, I now move that said petit on of said water patrons be received and filed and that said water mains be in all. respects extended and installed under the provisions of Section 5 of said ordinance and that the Commissioners of Water Works of Paducah, Kentucky be authorized, empowered and instructed to insrall said water mains and water connections. along 7th street, 400' west from Terrell street. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas: Commissioners Bradshaw, Rutter and Mayor Lackey(3). Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claim of George W. Katterjohn, Geo.W. Fatterjohn Jr., amounting to ;309.97 for construction of a sidewalk on Buckner Lane in front of claim for sidewalks- the George Rogers Clark school, from Freidman west to end of school property; same Rogers Clark ach- raving been duly approved for allowance and payment, be allowed and that the cal. Com^_�issioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to the New Construction Fund in the Department of Public Works. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Brndshaw, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3). Brody M. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the commission of 10% due Brady M. Stewart co^^isElon Stewart, back tax collector, on Special Improvement Tax collections for the month of September, 1931, amounting to $$91.74, be allowed; and that the Commissioner of Public FlnFnce be authorized to pay same and charge to the proper fund. Adopted on call of the roil: Yeas; Commissioners Bradsbew, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3). So—Side Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claim of the South Side "ealty Realty Co. Perk Ed. Co -;any, rnnunting to ;12.00, sane having been duly approved for allowance and payment claim by the Perk Board, be allowed ani that the Commissioner of Public Finsnee be authorized to pny some and cbarge to tie proper fund. Adopted on call of the roll. Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Rutter and Mayor Lockey,(3). McCracken County- Mayor Lackey offered motion that statements from the Clerk of the election expenses bill allowed County Court covering the expenses of the City Primary election held on the lUth df October, 1931 as follows: Sohn 11. Polk, Clerk, as p«•r itemized bill, $153.00; McCracken County, as per itemized bill, $667.00; Billings Printing Company, as per itemized bill, $687.64, be received and filed and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized and instructed to issue checks in payment thereof as follows: John W.Polk, Clerk, :;.153.00; McCrncken ''ounty :657.00; Bil ings Printing Company 4;687.64; that said items be charged to ,.
