At a call mooting of the Board of Commissionara hold In the
Comnissioncrs' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah ,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M., on the P2nd day of October, 1931, Mayor Lackey
prosided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their nomas:
Commissioners Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for colt, to -wit: For the
purpose of allowing weekly payroll of Cotton & Eskew, certified public
accountants, and such other business as may come before the Board.
Cotton & Eskew Mayor Lackey offered motion that the account of Cotton &
,veekly payroll
Fskew for services as certified accountants, for services on audit of the
city records for the week ending October 17, 1931, amounting to $810.00,
as approved by the Vayor, be allowed and paid; and that the Commissioner of
Public Finance be authorized to draw check for said amount and charge some
to the Contingent Fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3).
On motion meeting adjourned.
