Conner,Lester -
Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: It appearing
tax refund
that Lester Conner was assessed for taxes at 110e0.00 on real estate, including
a raise of $200.00 that was placed on his property at 3216 Kentucky Avonuo, and
that he paid the Juno half of said taxes with said increase on his bill, and
that the total mmount of said overcharge on said tax bill by :oason of no notice
having, tern given of tl•e increase on said taxes is $4.47 and that the October
half of said tax bill is 113.45, I move that the Com^i_aionnr of Public Finance
be authorized and instructed to credit said overcharge on said taxes of ;4.47
agr,lnot the October half and receive in full payment thereof 38.98 as the
