At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2 :OOHo'clock P.M., on the 12th day of October, 1931, Mayor Laskey presided and
• upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3).
Adjourn - Mayor Lackey offered the following motion: It appearing that the regular
Columbus
Day meeting day of the Board of Commissioners today is Columbus Day and, thorefore,a legal
holiday, I move that the meeting adjourn until 2:00 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, October
13, 1931. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Ha•.nin, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (3).
