At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the
commissioners, Chamber in the City Ball Building in the City of Paducah
at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 3rd day of October, 1931, Moyer Lackey preeided
and unon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Com:nissionorz Hannin, $utter�arsl Mayor Lnekey, (3).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose
of allowing payrolls for last ono -half of September, 1931, And such other
business as moy come before the Beard.
Payrolls -last Comaissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the lest
half Sept.,1931
half of September, 1931 be allowed in the amount of $14593.96 and the Commissioner
of Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yons;
Commi_sioners Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3).
Cash Orders- Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the cash orders in the amount
September, 1931
of $42.43 be allowed, and the Commissioner of Public Finance be reimbursed
by check on the General Fund Cor said amount; same to be charged to the proper
Hinds. Adopted on nail of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (3).
On motion meeting adjourned.
