At a call meeting of the Board of Commisslonors held in the Commicsionerat
Chnrber in the City Hn11 Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 10:00 oveloch
A.M. on the 29th day of September, 1931, Mayor hackey presided and upon call of the
roll the following snswered to their names: Commissioners Brodshaw, Ilsnnin, Nelron,
Futter.ond Mayor Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the ouroose of allowing
weekly payroll of Cotton & Eskew, and such other business as may come before the
Board.
Commisbioner Rutter offered motion to adopt an ordinance entitled,
borrow
money- "AN ORDINANCE AUThORIZING THE W YOF AND COMMIS.'IONEROF PUBLIC FINANCE TO BORROW NOT

Cotton & Mayor Lacey offered motion that the account of Cotton & Eskew, for services

ly payroll as certified public accountants, for service on audit of the city records for the week
ending September 26, 1931, amounting to $731.25, as approved by the Mnyor, be allowed
and paid; and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to draw check
for said amount and charge same to the Contingent Fund. Adonted on call of the roll:
