At a regular meeting of the Board of Commiasionera held in the
Cormissioncra' Chamber in the City Hall building in the City of Padacoh,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 28th dap of September, 1931, Mayor
Lackey presided and upon c,ll of the roll the following answered to their
nomes: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hnnnin, Rutter -and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Minutes of the previous meetings wore adopted as read.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the commission of 10,$ due
Brady M. Stewart
commission for Brady M. Steuart, bock tax collector, on special improvement tax bill
month of August,131
collections for the month of August, 1931, amounting to $118.94, be alloyed
and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and
charge to the proper fund. Adopted on call of' -the roll: Yens; Com,�1,,•,joners
Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Arcadia Graded Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move the
School Bonds of 126
6 months interest allownneo of $223.12 for 6 months interest, which matures on October 1, 1931s
on the Arcadia Graded School Bonds of 1926, $8500.00 outstanding @ 5N,
and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same to the
City National Bank when due and charge to t•e School bond Interest ?and.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hanrin, Rutter and
Meyor Lackey, (4).
Arcadia Graded Comminsioner Rutter offered motion that the Commissioner of Public
School bond of
1926 said Finance be authorized to draw a check on the Arcadia Graded School Bdnd
Sinking Fund for amount of ;;1500.00 to pay Arcadia School Bonds of 1926, which
mature on October 1, 1931, payable at the City National Bank. Adopted on call
of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hsnnin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
