FFPTFMBTR 26--19-3k— At 6193m At a call meeting of the board of Commissioners held in the Co-missioners' Chamber in the City Hall building In the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 26th day of September, 1931, Mayor Lackey proslded and upon call of the roll the following answored to their names: Commie,eioncrs 11annin, Futter and Mayor Lackey, (3). Y yor Lackey stated reason for call,to-wit: For the purpose of allowing semi-annual interest on Paducah Plater Works bonds, and such other business as map come before the Board. Paducah Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: Imove that the .iter :Cks. bonds -semi- Commissioner of Public Finance, as required by ordinance, be authorized to pay out annual int. paid of funds accumulating in the bond and Interest Redemption Fund of the Paducah Water Works The semi-annual interest on the Paducah Dater Works Bonds, municipally owned, duo October 1, 1931 for $51,325.00, and to also retire the Water Works Bonds, numbers 1, 2 and 3 maturing October 1, 1931 for $3000.00, making a total of $54,345.00. Adopted on call of the roll: Yess; Commissioners Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3). r Paducah, Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Finance Tenn & Ala _ Railroad be authorized to pay the interest coupons for 6 months on the Paducah, Tennessee bands 6 mo. interest & Alabama Railroad bonds due October 1, 1931: . . Outstanding $95,000:00 Interest rate Annual interest 2,250.00 Semi-annual interest $1125.00 Bank19 collection charge of t of 1% 2,81 Total amount due $1127.81 Payable through the City National Bonk, Paducah, for remittance to the National City bank., New York, N.Y. on or before October 1, 1931.
