At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in t•�c
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall building In the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 23rd day of lootomber, 1931, Vayor
Lackey presidedsnd upon call of the roll the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin and Mayor Lackey, (3).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: Per the purpose of
allowing weekly payroll of Cotton & Eskew for auditing city books, and
such other business as may come before the Board.

Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: Eugene C. Cleaves

having applied for deed to the north one-half of Lot 110. 33, Block No.l
Oak Grove cemetey
in the Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, I now move that said decd
be issued to the said Eugene C. Cleaves to the said north one-half of said
Lot No.33, Block No.l in the said Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery
In the city of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, upon payment be the
Commissioner of Public Finance the sum Of $80.00. Adopted on call of the
roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hm nin and Mayor Lackey, (3).
Cotton &. Eskew
Mayor Lackey offered motion that the account of Cotton & Eskew
weekly payroll
for services as certified accountants for service on audit of the city records
for the week ending September 19th., 1931, amounting to $652.50, be approved
by the Mayor, be allowed and paid; and that the Commissioner of Public Finance
be authorized to draw check for said amount and charge some to the Contingent
Fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin
and Mayor Lackey, (3).
On motion meeting adjourned.
