Minutes of the previous mectingn were adopted. Commissioner Bradshaw offerod the following motion: The owners of property :'inter mains on Tully st.on Tully street, from Yeiser street to a point approximately 1001 south of Sowell from Yeiser to So•,vell street, In the City of Paducah, in all respeets'as provided by Section 5 of the extended franchise ordinance creating the franchise of the Paducah Water Works Company in Paducah, Kentucky, and having in all respects agreed ih writing to take, use andpay for water at £he*fixed rate for a term of not less than tw6 years, commencing within thirty days after such pipe and main is completed and connections made, I now move that said petition of said water patrons be received and filed and that said water mains be in all respects extended and installed under the provisions of Section 5 of said ordinance and that the Commissioners of Water Works of Paducah, Kentucky be authorized, empowered and instrusted to install said water mains and water connections along Tully street, from Yeiser street to a point approximately 1001 south of Sowell street. Adopted on ca'1 of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Virgil Hart Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the deed of conveyance from Virgil. to John T. Hart to John T. Dunn to Lot 68 in Block AA in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Dunn -deed to lot in Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, subject to the rules and regulations of said Oak Grove ratified cemetery and subject to the conditions of said deed, be now ratified and approved by the Board of Commissioners. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Collections Counil sioner Rutter offered motion that the report of collections and & DIsLurse- mentc for disbursements for the month of August, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on call of August the roll: Yess; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mnyor Lnckey, (4). Snecial St. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the report of the Special Street Impv.Fund hr-prov •-ent Fund for the month of August, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on report call of tho roll: Yean; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hnnnin, Rutter end Mayor Lackoy, (4). Clain for Co=ieslcner Rutter offered motion that the claims for the month of August, Aug. ,19"'1 1931 be a:lowcd in the amount of 8,e22.14 and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pny some.
