At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Ball Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 18th day of September, 19311 Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradshaw, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -.1 t: For the purpose of
allowing payrolls for first ono -half of September, and such other buadn000
as may come before the Board.
Payrolls -first Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the first
of Sept.1931
half of September, 1931 be allowed in the amount of $10,433.77, and the
Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopied on call of the
roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3).
On motion meeting adjourned.
