chamber in the City Hall Building in the ',Ity if Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.m.,
?8ny 9th, 1928, 17nyor Lackey presided and upon the call of the roll the following
ansi•'cred to their names: Commiscioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor
Leckoy, (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for cull, to -wit: For the purpose of making
a contrnet with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company for a survey of the city of
Paducah and such .other business as may come before the Board;
Mayor Lackey offered the following: I move the adoption of a resolution
entitled, "A R?FOLUTION AUTHOP.I,-.rTG THE i:.AYOR TO SIGN CONTRACT WITH BURNS l:ND McDOTMELL
