At a Rogular I!,octing of the Board of Commissionora hold in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, at 2 o'clock P.M., on January 9th, 1928, Mayor Lackey presidod,
and upon the call of the roll the following anarierod to their names:
Co-waissioners Bradshaw, Lannin, Ilolson, Rutter and 'Sayer Lackey (5)

Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion that the petition of the property

Inspector, be given police pourers and as such to be authorized to perform the
duties of a regularly apipointed, empowered and 'qualified policeman in the City,
of Paducah, 1ientucky. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissionors
