Citq of Paducah ,KWiUCKY SEPTEMBER 14, 1931 At a regular meeting of the board of Commissioners held in the ComcfIcsioners' Chamber in the City Hall building In the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 14th day of September, 1931, Msyor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their nntms: Commissioners bradshaw, Hannir, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Minutes of the previous meetings were adooted as rend. Cash Orders Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the cash orders in the amount of $147.47 be allowed, and the Commissioner of Public Finance be reimbursed by check on the General bund for said amount; same to be charged to the proper funds. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshacr, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Cotton & Mayor Lackey offered motion that the account of Cotton & Eskew for services Eskew weekly nay- as certified accountants for service on audit of the city records for the week ending roll September 13, 1931, amounting to $386.25, as'approved by the Mayor, be allowed and paid; and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to draw check for said amount and charge.same to the Contingent Fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Agreement Mayor Lackey offered motion that the Mayor be authorized to execute agreement between city & county on between the County of McCracken and City of Paducah by which all Coroner service coroner & police chargeable to the city shall be assumed and 'paid by the County of McCracken, and all officer fees for fees for violation of the prohibition law duo to police officers of the City of services Paducah shall be assumed and paid by the City of Paducah, and that the County if McCracken shall be relieved from liability for'such fee's for such arrests.
