At a regular meeting of the Board of Cc mi.,sionero held In the
Commissioners' Chanber in the City Hall Duildin:- in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 31st day of August, 1931, Bayer Leckcy
presidod and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Shelton Foundry Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claim of Shelton Foundry
& Machine Co.,
claim -nark Dd. NN & Machine Company for amount of $61.36, having been duly approved for allowance
and payment, be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay
same and charge to the Park Board Fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yana;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Eugene H. Cocke gayorlLackey offered motion that the claim of Eugene H. Cocks for
claim for making
1930 audit paid 'n services in auditing the city's books for the year 1930 at the contract price
of 0500.00 be allowed, and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized
to issue a check on the General Fund for said amount andcharge to tbm proper
fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Paducah :rater Wks Mayor Lackey offered motion that the report of the Paducah Water "forks
report and claim
for the month of August, 1931 be received and filed; and that the amount of said
bill, 031729.952 be allowed and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be
authorized to draw check in payment thereof. Adopted on call of the roll.: Yeas;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4),
Paducah '".'star Plks Mayor Lackey offered motion that the report of the Paducah Water �Jorks
report on mains
arc fire plugs on mains and fire plugs laid and completed, bearing date of August 31, 19311 be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
