Minutes of the previous meetings were adoptedas read. Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: The tb llot:,ing claims Claim^,-miscellanecs V� having been duly approved for allowance and payment: Jackson Foundry & Machine Company $ 91.75 Paducah Water works '10.78 $1' =- I move the amount of $102.53 be allowed, and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same and charge to the Park Board Fund. Adopted bn call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rµtter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Brady I'.Stewart- Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the commission of 10% duo July commission A Brady M. Stewart, back tax collector, for the month of July, 1931, which amounts to `52.33, be allowed and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to the proper fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Paducah 1,7a.ter forks Mayor Lackey offered motion that the report of the Paducah water "forks report on mains and fire plugs laid and on mains and fire plugs laid and completed, bearing dntes of August 12th and completcd 21st, 1931: be received and filed.
