Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. Collections Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the report of collections k Disburse- ments for and disbursements for the month of July, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on call July,1931 of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Brodshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey,(5). Special St. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the report of the Special Impv.Fund report for Street Improvement Fund for the month of July, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on July,1931 call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Claima-July Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claims for the month of 1931 July, 1931 be allowed in the amount of $8961.25, and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay some. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Bassin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Cash Orders Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the cash orders in the amount of 1.63.13 be allowed, and the Commissioner of Public Finance be reimbursed by check on the General Fund for said amount; same to be charged to the proper funds.
