At a call meeting of the Board of Commiosionars held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Rall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 14th day of August, 1931, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon ca 11 of the roll the follovaing anmacre.-7 to their names:
Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call to -wit: For the purpose of
authorizing Mayor to negotiate :•rith certified public accountants to audit
all city departments, and such other business as may come before the Board.
Mayor authorized Mayor Lackey offered motion that the Mayor be authorized and
to negotiate with
