At a Call Mooting of the Board of Commissioners held in the City
Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, at 11:00 A.M. on Augaat 5th,1931,
Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their
names: Co:mnissioners Handihi. Nolson'.ayd:'Wayor,Lackey: (3,):.
Mayor Lackey stated reasons for call to -wit: For the purpose of
ratifing deed to lot in Oak Grove Cemetery and such other buoines., as may come
before board.
Conualssionor Hannin offered motion that the dead of conveyance
Arthur Lehrer-deod from Authur Lehrer party of the first part to tire Nannine Massio, party of the
to !��rs. Nannino
Kassio ratified second part, both parties being of Paducah, Kentucky, being the came property
which was conveyed of the City of Padm ah to Authur Lehrer, being Lot 1/19,
Block §2, and recorded in the Cemetery Register in the office of the Clerk,
City of Paducah, Kentucky. Subject to the rules and regulations of the said
Cemetery and subject to the conditions of the said deed now ratified by the Board
of Commissioners. Adopted on call of the roll. Yeas; Commissioners ,
Hannin, Nelson and Mayor Lackey. (5).
Cormnissionor Hannin offered motion that the deed of conveyance

Hank ratified
described lot of land, lying and being in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City a'
Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, to -wit:
Being Lot #108, Block aid, recorded on Pago
100 of the Cemetery Register, in the Oak
Grove Cemetery Ro sister, in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky.
Subject to the rules and regulations of said cemetery and
subject to the conditions of said deed, be now ratified and approved by the
Board of Conmissionors. Adopted on call of the roll. Yeas; Commissionora
Hannin, Nelson, and Mayor Laci:ey. (3).
ADOPTED
On motion mooting adjourned.
