(5.). Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. Commissioner gannin offered the following motion: Dazzie Buntin having Buntin, East Dazzle- applied for deed to/Lot ;/60, Bloch #5 in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, deed to lot in O.Grove llcCrgcken County, Kentucky, I now move that said deed be issued to the said Dazzie Buntin�to said East c Lot #60, Block #5 in the said Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah, Kentucky, upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of $20.00. Adopted on call of the roll. Yeas: Commissioners Bradsahrr, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. (5). Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of Gus Roger, Chief Police Dept July,1931 of Police, for the month of July, covering number of arrests, fines and forfoituros report be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll. Yeas: Cormissioners Bradsahw, Hannin, Belson, Rutter and Idayor Lackey. (5). City Jail Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of Ton King, City July rept. . Jailer, Covering prisoners incarcerated and meals furnished for the month of July be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll. Yeas: Bradsahrr, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. (51. Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report for July, 1931, of Fire Drat. Jul; rent. JX. Slaughter, Fire Chief, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll. Yeas: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nolson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. (5). Ozzie 'Jen- Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the Claim of Ozzie Vandergriff for e' -a in -n repairs to stack and foundati,,n and painting Incinerator Plant for the- amount of $80.00 having been duly approved for payment, be allowed and the Coaunissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay sar..o and charge to the Contingent Fund. Adopted on call of the roll.. Yeas: Con::niosioners Bradshhw,HHnnin, Nolsoh, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. (5). N.O. & O.P. Co=lssiorier Rutter offered motibn that allowance be made from the General Railrcad Refunding Fund for amount of $850.00 and tho Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to Bonds int. paid deposit a.er,e in the General Sinking Fund to pay the bond interest now due on the - 11.0. & 0.
