At a call ti:otinr of the Doard of Commissioners held in the
Conmissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducsh,
Kentucky at 11:00 ofcl-ek A.U. on the 8th day of July, 1931, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradshsw, Nannin, Nelson and Mayor Lackey, (4).
.Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
fixing amount of bond and authorizing permit to be issued for moving house,
and such other business as may come before the Board.
E.L.Beyer-honse Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion that the bond of indemnity to
moving indemnity
bond fixed the City of Paducah for the removal or a house belonging to James A. Murray
located.st 13th and Park Avenue, be fixed at $5CO.00,.and that the permit for
such removal be and the some is hereby authorized to be Issued to F..L.Boyer
upon execution of such bond with approved surety. Adopted on call of the
roll: Yeas; Commissioners BradsYlaw, Hannin, Nelson and Mayor Lackey, (4).
E.L.Beyor-house Commissioner Bradshaw offered me ion that the bond of indemnity
moving indemnity
bond received & to the City.of Paducah for tie removal of a frame house belonging to James
filed
A. Murray over the following streets, to -wit: From 13th and Park Avenue west
on Park Avenue to 24th street; thence north two blocks, which bond is in the
sum of $500.00 and signed by E.L.Boyer as Principal and the National Surety
Company as Surety, be received and filed; and that permit for such removal be
and the same is hereby authorized to be issued to the said E.L.Beyer. Adopted
on call of the roll; Yeas; Commissioners Bradshay.,.Hannin, Nelson and Mayor
Lackey, (4).
