HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes Book 18, Page 666, June 19, 1931666 Proceedings Citq of Paducah -Tune ls.1-931 At a call meeting of 'he Board of Commissioners hold in the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Nall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentudky at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 19th play of June, 19;1, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their nnmes: Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of allowing semi-monthly payrolls, and such other business as may come before the Bonrd. Commissi•�,ner Hannin offered the following motion; Mrs. Minnie Mrs.Minnie Hollan I deed to lot in Uollan having applied for deed to a lot of ground 4 x 16 feet off the oast Oak Grove side of Hope street, known as the Hope Street Addition Lot No.3, Block No.6 in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, I noir move that said deed be issued tb the said Mrs. Minnie 'Rollnn to the said 4 x 16 *feet off the east side of Hope street, known as the Hope Strad Addition Lot-No.3, Block No.6 in the said Oak Grove Cemetery in said City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of $25.00. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Mr . Selina S.Reed Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: Mrs. Selina s deed to lot in S. Reed having applied for deed to the west one-half of Lot No.3, Block No.4 Oak Grove in the Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, 1 now move that said deed be issued to the said Mrs. Selina S. Road to the said west one-half of said Lot N0.3, Block No.4 in the said Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery in the said City of Pnrnzealw, McCracken County, Kentucky, upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of ,120.00. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Belson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Payrolls -first Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the'flrat of June, 1931 half of June, 1931 be allowed in the amount of S'10452.85, and the Com,dssioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same.
