At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners heldin the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Ka tucky at 2:00 o'clock P.m. on the 8th day of June, 1931, payor L.,ckey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradsahw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as road.
Commissioner Rutter offered the following tpption: The Claim
Sam Hollan-clnim for of Sam Hollan for painting Oak Grove waiting room and Sexton's residence,
paint'ng at Oak Grove
amounting to $57.60, having been duly approved for allowance abd payment, I
move the -amount of ,57.60 be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance
authorized to pay same and charge to the department of Public Property.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Bradshaw, Ha miin, Nelson,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
On motion meeting ddjourned.
