At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners bold in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Rall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 10:00 Ovelock
A.M. on the 4th day of June, 1931, Mayor Laekey'presided and upon call of the roll the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor
Lackey, (4).
MR7or Lackey stated reason for, call, to -wit: For the purpose of
allowing semi-monthly payrolls, and such othrr business as cony come before the Board.
Fire 'Commissionrr Nelson offered' motion that the report of T.M,elaughter,

report Fire Chief, for the month of May, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on call of the
roll: Year; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Payrolls, Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the last hllf of

May,1931 May, 1931 be allowed in the amount of'$140232.67, and the Commissioner of Public
Financ= authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Coamiswioners
Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
