At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the
Com-nissicners? Chamber in the Ctty Nall Building In the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 1st day of June, 1931, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the folloning answered to their names:
Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Police Dept. Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of Gus Rogers,
May,1931 report
Chief of Police, for the month of tdfq , 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on
call of the roll: Yeas. Comadssioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and '„ayor Lackey, (4).
City Jail, Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of Tom King,
May,1931 report
City Jailer, for the month of May, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on call
of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Cash orders for Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the cash orders In the
May,1931
amount of W27.78 be allo:•red and the Commissioner of Public Finnnec be reimbursed
by check on the General Fund for said amount; same to be charged to the proper
funds. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commmissionl,rs Hannin, Nelson,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Park Board -
Commissioner Rutteroffered the following motion: The Park
Woelpert note Board having' approved for allowance and payment their note issued on May 3,
payment
1928 to John Woelpert for $2000.00, same having matured, and also the amount of
:2210.00 intorest due for 8 months, I move the total amount of 152210.00 be allowed
and the Commisaioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same and charge to the
Park Board Fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Coimnissioncrs Hannin,
Nelcon, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
City Board of Mayor Lackey offered motion that the renort of the City
Health N%7,1931 Board of Health for the month of May 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on call
