At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold In the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 25th day of May, 1931, Mayor Lackey presided and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Comnl:sioners
Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting's were adopted as read.

& Paducah R.R.
Bonds interest be authorized to nay the interest coupons for siA months due dune 1,1931 on
coupons for 6 mos.

Brady M.Stewart Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the commission of 10% due Brady M.
commission
Stewart, back tax collector, for special improvement tax bill collections for
the month of April, 1931, which amounts to $309.34, be allowed and the
Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same and charge to the proper
fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin,
Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
On motion meeting adjourned.
