Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, -to -wit: For the purpose of fixing amount of bond and issuing permit for removal of house to Will Reynolds, nod such other business as may come before the Board. Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion that the bond of indemnity to the City of :iill Reynolds- Paducah for the removal of a house belonging to Luke Russell located on Jackson street, amt.of indemnity be fixed,at•w:500.00, and that the permit for sVch removal be and the same is hereby bond fL,%- ed authorized to be issued to Will Reynolds upon execution of such bond with approved surety. Adopted on call of the roll; Yeas; Commissioners Bradshow, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).• Will Rey - Commissioner Br9dshaw offered motion that the bond of indemnity to the City of nolds- Paducah fa•the removal of a frame house belonging to Luke Russell over the following Indemnity bond recldstreets, to -wit: From a point on Jackson street :-estward to 21st street; t'rence north & filed on 21st street .to Clark street; thence east on Clark street to a point at or near ,16th street, which bond is in the sum of $500.00 and signed by Will $eynolds as Principal and the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New York as Surety, be received and filed; and -that permit for such removal be and the same is hereby authorized to be issued to the said Will Reynolds.
