At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Commissioncrsf Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,;
Kentucky at 2:30 otclock P.M. on the 15th day of flay, 1931, Mnyor Lackey
prosided and upon call of the roll,the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
fixing amount of indemnity bond of Will Reynolds and receiving and filing some,
and such other lusiness as may come before the Board.

Maor Lackey offered motion.that the bond of indemnity to the City of
amount of indemnity Paducah for the removal of a house belonging to Hattie Wardell located at

9th street between Caldlaoll and Husbands streets, be fixed at $500.00, and that
the permit for such removal be and the sane is hereby authorized to be issued
to Will 116<molds upon execution of such bond with approved surety. Adopted

Will Reynolds - Mayors Lackey offered motion that*the bond of indemnity to the City of

following streets, to -wit: 9th street between Caldwell and Husbands street; north
on 9th street to Tennessee s rest; thence cast on Tennessee street to 7th street;
thence north on 7tlitistreet to Kentucky Avenue; thence west on Kentucky Avenue
to 15th street; thence soith on 15th street to Tennesseq street; thence west to
city limits; thence back toward Union Station to point on Pool Road, which
bond is in the sum of $500.00 and signed by Will Reynolds as Principal and the
Fidelity and Casualty Company of Now York as Surety, be received and filed;
and that permit for such removal be and the some is horeby authorized to be
issued to the said Will Reynolds. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3).
