At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City H^.11 Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 11th day of May, 1931, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were ndopted as rend.
Will Reynolds-. Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion that the bond of indemnity to the
amt.of indernity
bony fixed City of Paducah for the removal of a house belonging to nary Lasater located
at 1007 Broadway, be fixed at $500.00, and that the permit for such removal
be and the snme is hereby authorized to be issued to 1"1111 Reynolds upon
execution of such bond with approved surety. Adopted on call of the roll:

,ill Reynolds- Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion that the bond of indemnity to the
indemnity bond City of Paducah for the removal of a house belonging to Mary Lasater over the
approved & filed
following streetsm to -wit: From 2007 Broadway west to 11th street; thence
north on 11th street to Jefferson str•:et; west on Jefferson street to 12th
street; north on 12th street to Palm street; west on Palm street to Bloomfield
and on Bloomfield to #1414, which bond is in the sum of $500.00 and signed by
Uill Reynolds as Principal and the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New York
as Surety, be received and filed; and that permit for such removal be and the
same is hereby authorized to be issued to the said 17111 Reynolds. Adopted on
call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mnyor Lackey, (5).
Deed to lot in Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the dead of conveynnee from Mrs.
Oak Grove Cemetery
MrsF.Oehlschlae- Fredrika Oehlschlaeger to Mrs. Robert I. Arnold to the northeast, 8 x 27
gar to L" Robt.
Arnold ratified feet feet of Lot No.157, Block No.10 in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah,
McCracken County, Kentucky, subject to the rales and regulations of said
cemetery and subject to the conditions of said deed, be now ratified and
approved by the Board of Commisaloners. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;

Fire Department- Commi!sioner Nelson offered motion that the report of J.M.Slaughter
April report ,
Fire Chief, for the month of April 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on call

Cash Corniseiom-r Rutter offered motion that the cash orders in the amount of

$234.60 be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance be reimbursed by check on
the general fund for snid amount; some to be charged to the nrooer funds.
