Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. F.B.Gu111 Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: F.B. Guill having applied deed to lot In Oak Grove for deed to four feet off the west one-half of Lot ffo.26 in Oak Grove Cemetery In the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, 1 no -r move that said deed be issued to the said F.B. Guill to the said four feet off the west one-half of said Lot No.26 in the said Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah, Mcpracken County, Kentucky, upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of $22.00. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hnnnin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Deed -Amos Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the de d of conveyance from Amos Gentry to `:stelle Gentry to Estelle Gentry to the west one-hnlf'of Lot No.86, Block No.5 on the north Gentry to lot in Oak side of Chamblin Avenue and between Ford street and Hannan street and known as Grove rati- fied Fourteenth Street Addition in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken Count:r, Kentucky, subject to the rules and regulations of said cemetery and subject to the conditions o' said deed, be now ratified and approved by the Board of Commissioners. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Brad4baiv, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). .T.F."ailliam- Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the deed of conveyance from J.E. son to Joe Ccok-deed Williamson and his wife, Kate :Yilliamson, to Joe Cook to part of the lot on the crest to lot in Oak Grove side of Cypress Avenue, and between Silent street and Murray street, and being 12 x23 rntified feet northwest, and being part of Lot ,791, Block #3 in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, subject to t",, rules and regulations of said cemetery and subject to the condiLions of said deed, be now rstified and aporoved by the Board of Commissioners. Payrolls for Inst Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the.pnyrolls for the Inst half half of Aoril,131 of April 1931 be allowed in the amount of S13,698.50, and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same.
