At a call meoting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' chamber in the City Rall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 10:80 A.M., on the 3rd day of May, 1928, Mayor lackey presided
and upon call of the roll the following nnswered to their names;
Commissioners Bradshaw, R^nnin, Belson, Rutter and r.ayor Lackey, (3).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call to -exit: To send City Solicitor
to Court of Appeals" at Frankfort, Kentucky and such other business as may
come before the Board.
Mayor LAckey offered the following motion: It been advisable and

($37.50) Dollars, I move that'the Commissioner of Public Finance issue to
