MinAtes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. Boy Scouts Commissioner Rutter offered motion that ''100.00 be allowed the Boy Scouts, appropr'• ation which is half the amount fixed by the apportionment ordinance for the current year, and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same and charge to the _ proper fund. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the commission of 10% due Brady Td. ter: ert V&rch Ccm.Stcwart, back tax collector, for special improvement tax bill collections for the month of March, 1931, which amounts to $83.98, be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same and charge to the proper find.
