At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Comc;issioncrs' Chamber in the City Rall Building in the City of Pnducah,
Kentucky at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 18th day of April, 1931, Mnyor
Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the folloaaing nnswered to their
names: Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and yeyor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
allowing semi-monthly payrolls, and such other business as may come before the
Board.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the first

of Public Finance authorized to pay some. Adopted on call of the roll;
