Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to --wit: For the purnose of accepting indemnity bond of -Will Reynolds for moving house, and such other business as may come before the Board. :'ill Rey- Commissioner Bradsha• offered motion that the bond of indemnity to the City nolds-Pond. of indemni-.of Paducah for the removal of a house belonging to Mrs. Bessie McIntyre located on ty received 27th r:n .'*Washington streets, be fixed at $500.00, and that the permit for such removal be and the same is hereby authorized to be issued to 17111 Reynolds upon execution of such bond with approved surety.
