A.M. on the 16th day of April, 19:71, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll
the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson,
Ru'ter and.`.'ayor Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to --wit: For the purnose of accepting
indemnity bond of -Will Reynolds for moving house, and such other business as may come
before the Board.
