At a regnler meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commisctonersv
Chamber in the City Hall Building in tho City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 ovelock
P.M. on the 6th day of April, 1931, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll
the followinc answered to their names: Commissioners Bradsh0.w, Hannin, Nelson,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
