City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 27th day of March, 1931, Mayor Lackey presided and uoon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Brndshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, :(5). Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of passing apportionment ordinance, filing statement of Anticipated Revenue, passing ordinance fixing rate of tax levy, end ouch other business as may come before the Board, "later Commissioner Bradshrw offered the following motion: The owners of property teez- ndod- on Thurman street, between Sowell and Eulah streets, in the City, of Paducah, Kentucky, ex- tended- Thurman having petitioned for an extension of.water mains in all respects as provided by at.,, ow - ell to Section 5 of the Franchise ordinance creating the Franchise of the Paducah tater :Forks Eulah Company in Paducah, Kentucky, and having in all respects agreed in writing to take, use and pay for water at the fixed rate for a term of not less then two years, ecmmencing within thirty days after such pipe and main is completed and connections made, I nor move that said petition of the said patrons be received and filed and that said water mains be in all respects extended and installed, under Section 5 of said ordinance, and that the Commissioners of Watet Acorks of Paducah, Kentucky be authorized, empowered and instructed to install said water mains and water connections along Thurman street from Sorell street to Eulah street, Adopted on call of the roll; Yeas; Commissioners Bradshar, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mnyor Lackey, (5). g le Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the deed of conveyance from Mrs. L;i.RIIE- oeKs to Magrie Fooks rnd her husband, D.W.Fooks to H.4J, Russell to a lot of around 20 feet . 4eld to l- long and 7J feet wide out of the southeast corner of Lot No.230 in Block No.15 on the lot in 6.Grovewe2t side of Silent Avenue, and between Myrtle street and Willow street in Onk Grove ratified Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, subject to the rules and regulations of s.rid cemetery and subject to the conditions of sold deed, be new rFtlfied and approved by the Board of Commissioncr•a.
