At a call meeting of the Bonrd of Commissioners held in the Com�issiono:

A.M. on the 19th day of March, 1931, m+ vor Lackey presided and upon call of the ro'
the follo*�+Ing answered to their names: Comminsioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson,
Rutter an' Mayor Lackey, (5).
Mnyor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of allo.,
semi-monthly payrolls, and such other business as may come before the Board.
Riverside Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the report of Riverside Hosoita

Feb.rept, for the month of February, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on call of the r

Payrolls
first
of March
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the first half
of March, 1931 be allowed in the amount of $9714.84, and the Commissioner of Public
Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Com--issioners
Bradshaw, Fannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Irv!.n Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: It appearing that the
Cobb Drug
store tax Irvin Cobb Drug Store was doubly assessed and that its tax bill x{2289 for $156,00
refund
for 1930 was duly paid abd that the said taxpayer was also assessed in the name of
Cobb Drug Store for a tax of $156.00 by tax bill ;#854 which was also paid by check
of Hanning & Cnrter bearing date of December 31, 1930, and that said payment -as
made b: mistake and oversight of said taxpayer, I now move that said taxpayer be
refunded the sum of $156.00, the amount of s�i' tax bill #854 cihich was erroneously
paid as aforesaid, and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to
draw check for raid amount payable to said Irvin Cobb Store. Adopted on enl 1 of
the roll.: Yens; Commissioners Bradshmn, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
On motion meeting adjourned'.
