At a call meottnn of the Board of Comrnissionors held in the
Co^-issioners' Chanber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
"t 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 10th day of March, 1931, Mayor Lackey presided and upon
call of therollthe following answered to their names: Cormissionern Hannan, Nelson,
Rutter and. Mayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -sit: For the nurnose of
receiving communications from Board of Equalization, and such other business as may
come before the Board.
Mayor Lackey offered motion to adopt a resolution entitled, "A
Board of
Equal- RESOLUTION RECEIVING, FILING AND AP -ROVING THF REPORT OF THE BOARD OF EC-fALIZATION,

report on ANP RATIFYING DECREASE IN REAL ESTATE ASSESSMENT FOR 1931." Adopted on call of the
decrease
roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, RAtter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
