At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
Chambcr In the City Fall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 ovelock
P.M. on V e 4th day of March, 1931, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll
the following answerer. to their names: Commiscionors Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (8).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the ournose of
allowing payrolls for last one-half of February, 1931, and such other business as
may come before the Board.
Fire Dept. Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of J.M.Slaughter,
Feb.reort.
Fire Chief, for the month of February, 1931, be received an, filed. Adopted on
cdll of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey,(4).
Payrolls- Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the last half
last hslf
Feb.19 1 of February 1931 be allowed in the amount of $13404.28, and the Commissioner of
Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
