At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commiscionors hold in the
,Commiscionerst Chamber in the City Nall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 30th day of April, 1928, Nayor Lackey prenidad and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners

Auditor regarding the judgment in the case of Luther P. Carson, et al, vs, the City
